(1) Islaamic History Hadhrat Hizqeel (AS)
Hadhrat Hizqeel (AS) was also from amongst the Bani Israa’eel. When he stood up to fight for the Deen of Allaah, thousands of people who were with him fled the battlefield out of fear. This incident is stated in Surah Baqara. When his people’s faith in resurrection grew weak, Allaah made a large number of them die and they lay dead for a week. They were then resurrected after Hadhrat Hizqeel (AS) made Du’aa for them so that they could be convinced about life after death.
(2) Rasulullaah (SAW)’s Miracle The stars lower themselves
The mother of Hadhrat Uthmaan bin Abul Aas (RA) reports that she was present when Rasulullaah (SAW) was born. She says that the room was filled with light and the stars came so close that it appeared as if they would drop down on her lap. [Bayhaqi]
(3) A Fardh Enjoining good and forbidding evil
Rasulullaah (SAW) said, “I swear by the Being Who controls my life that you people must enjoin good and forbid evil, otherwise Allaah will punish you along with the sinners and then you will make Du’aa and it will not be accepted.”
[Tirmidhi]
It is Fardh (obligatory) for every member of the Ummah to enjoin good and to forbid from evil according to their capabilities.
(4) A Du’aa from the Qur’aan and Rasulullaah (SAW) The Du’aa for wisdom and Taqwa
The following Du’aa should be recited to attain wisdom and Taqwa:
رَبِّ هَبْ لِيْ حُكْمًا وَّأَلْحِقْنِيْ بِالصَّالِحِيْنَ
TRANSLATION: O my Rabb! Grant me wisdom and include me amongst the righteous ones.
[Surah Shu’araa, verse 83]
(5) A Nafl Memorising the names of Allaah
Rasulullaah (SAW) said, “Allaah has 99 beautiful names. Whoever memorises them will enter Jannah.” [Bukhaari]
(6) A Sin Introducing something new in Deen
Rasulullaah (SAW) said, “Rejected is the one who introduces in our Deen something that is not a part of it.”

(7) This World The example of this world
Rasulullaah (SAW) said, “What have I to do with this world? The example of this world and myself is just like the traveller who stops beneath a tree to rest in the shade and then leaves to travel on.”
[Tirmidhi]
(8) The Aakhirah The birds of Jannah
Rasulullaah (SAW) said, “When a person in Jannah wants a bird (to eat), it will appear before him just as he prefers it prepared.”
[Targheeb wat Tarheeb]
(9) Cures from the Qur’aan and Rasulullaah (SAW) Onions as a cure
Rasulullaah (SAW) instructed that if one has to eat garlic or onions, it should first be cooked.
[Abu Dawood]
Allaama Ibn Qayyim (RA) writes that onions are hot in nature and beneficial in strengthening the stomach and hearing. Smelling it, eating it and keeping it handy is an effective treatment against many diseases.

(10) Advice fromRasulullaah (SAW)
Rasulullaah (SAW) said, “Do not search for the faults of others and do not spy on others.”
